1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. How long does delivery take?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Transit Time: 4–7 business days

Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the UK.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely, and your data is protected.

7. Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

If you ordered the wrong item, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return cost.

Please contact us before sending anything back.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
